By accessing or using URL Health at https://urlhealth.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

URL Health provides automated website auditing tools that analyse publicly accessible websites across categories including performance, security, SEO, accessibility, structured data, link health, and AI readiness. Reports include AI-generated insights and recommendations.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Only scan websites you own or have permission to audit.
• Not use the service to attack, disrupt, or overwhelm other websites.
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the free tier.
• Not resell or redistribute audit reports without a suitable subscription plan.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are in GBP and may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Accuracy of results

Audit results and AI-generated recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, results depend on third-party APIs and AI models and may not be complete or error-free. We are not liable for decisions made based on audit reports.

7. Intellectual property

The URL Health platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of URL Health. Audit reports generated for your websites belong to you and may be shared or exported as you wish.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, URL Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
